Our Story
After 30 years in the bakery supply and manufacturing business, the Teahan Family had an idea to create a superior product line of glazes and icings for local bakers and grocers. G&I Products is named after its original portfolio of bakery ingredients, Glazes & Icings. In 2007, after 30 years in the bakery supply business, the Teahan Family had a dream to create a superior product line of glazes & icings for bakeries and supermarkets. Innovation and hard work quickly grew into sales success turning G&I into a supplier to wholesale and in-store bakeries, direct and via distributors.
What We Do
The swift evolution of G&I’s growth includes milestones such as SQF Certification, Kosher Certification and significant product expansion. As demand grew, G&I expanded its products to include fruit and crème fillings, fruit glazes, toppings, smears, buttercrème style icings, as well as Traditional European Buttercream. G&I supplies large multi-national branded bakeries as well as small family owned bakeries across North America.
